Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard/madness/graveyard deck helmed by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. The front face is a cheap, unblockable conniver that generates card velocity, while the back face - Green Goblin - is the real engine: it discounts spells cast from graveyards by {2} and grants every nonland card in the bin Mayhem, letting you recast anything you discarded this turn. The deck churns its hand with looting and wheels (Faithless Looting, Careful Consideration, Frantic Search, Windfall), stocking the graveyard while triggering a dense pile of discard payoffs: Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Brallin, Skyshark Rider, Magmakin Artillerist, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Bone Miser. It then recasts or reanimates threats cheaply for a grinding win through incremental ping damage plus combat beats from reanimated bombs. There are no infinite combos - this is a value-engine deck that out-advantages the table one discard at a time.
