Leonardo and Michelangelo form a five-color partner pair built around +1/+1 counters and token creation. Michelangelo applies early pressure and makes Food; Leonardo turns each token entry into a once-per-turn global counter boost and later gives the team menace, trample, and lifelink. The main plan is to grow Michelangelo into a one-shot commander-damage threat while assembling Shredder and Leatherhead, whose attack-trigger combination makes copies against every opponent and then pumps those copies with counters. Casey Jones and Raphael convert the counters into direct damage. Heroes in a Half Shell is the hidden engine, drawing cards and adding counters whenever Mutants, Ninjas, or Turtles connect.
