Kilo, Apogee Mind heads a Jeskai artifact-proliferate engine that turns every tap of the commander into a counter-doubling event. The deck floods the board with charge-counter artifacts, sunburst creatures, and +1/+1-counter bodies, then multiplies those counters via Kilo, Inexorable Tide, Flux Channeler, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and friends. Primary wins are infinite (or near-infinite) proliferate locked into Darksteel Reactor, Magistrate's Scepter extra turns, poison from Prologue to Phyresis / Virulent Silencer, or The Millennium Calendar. Secondary paths include Blightsteel Colossus / Darksteel Colossus beats, Lux Artillery threshold burn, and stationed spacecraft payoffs. Kilo's haste means the proliferate trigger is live the turn it is cast; untap outlets (Freed from the Real, Pemmin's Aura, Clock of Omens, keys) convert that into a closed loop. The deck is heavily artifact-dense, tutors sparingly, and plays toward assembling a counter win rather than fair midrange.
