Upkeep by TsulKalu

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds is the engine and finisher: each combat hit grants additional upkeep steps, which the deck converts into copied artifacts, Reactor counters, and upkeep drains. The primary plan is to keep Obeka alive, give her double strike and haste, then let Mechanized Production multiply a single artifact to eight copies for a win. Secondary paths use Darksteel Reactor, zombie-token lifeloss from The Scarab God/Endless Ranks, and incremental pings from Orcish Bowmasters/Stormfist Crusader. A heavy stack of free counters and protection spells protects the attack. Without Obeka, the deck becomes a slow value pile; without her combat triggers, the fast win lines lose their burst.
