Giada angels by user8686723

Format: Commander

Commander: Giada, Font of Hope

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Giada, Font of Hope is the deck's engine and mana battery: she accelerates Angel casts and adds +1/+1 counters that turn every subsequent Angel into an oversized flyer. The primary plan is a snowballing aggro curve - cheap Angels, discounted mid-cost threats, then a wide flying swing. Secondary paths include a Brisela meld (Gisela + Bruna) and a 'can't lose / opponents can't win' soft lock with The Book of Exalted Deeds. The commander's role is central but not exclusive; cost reducers, recursion, and protection spells keep the deck functional if Giada is kept off the battlefield. There is no hidden commander; Gisela/Bruna is a late-game alt win rather than a build-around.
