Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat deck commanded by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration and low-cost Humans before casting Éowyn on Turn 4. From Turn 5 onwards, casting a single Human each turn triggers Éowyn at combat, creating two 2/2 red Human Knight tokens with trample and haste while refilling the hand once the six-Human threshold is reached. The deck converts this steady stream of tokens into overwhelming board presence using high-impact tribal anthems such as Shared Animosity, Door of Destinies, and Beregond of the Guard. Evasion and lockouts from Aragorn, King of Gondor and Raise the Palisade clear paths through opposing blockers. Supporting protection pieces like Boromir, Warden of the Tower and Unbreakable Formation shield the creature army from board wipes, enabling a dependable combat finish by Turn 8.
