Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck that uses Ironheart, Clever Champion as a value-enabler rather than a win condition. Ironheart's flying body and native improvise let the deck tap its artifact board to discount his own cost, and once he lands, every noncreature spell - the tutors, counterspells, draw spells, and noncreature artifacts - gains improvise. The real engine is in the 99: Urza, Lord High Artificer functions as a hidden commander, powering the primary loop of Urza, Lord High Artificer + Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top with a cost-reducer, converting infinite artifact casts into life via Aetherflux Reservoir or the "fifteen artifacts in graveyard" kill on Mirrodin Besieged. A dense cast-trigger draw package (Vedalken Archmage, Sai, Master Thopterist, Forensic Gadgeteer) and a deep tutor suite (Whir of Invention, Reshape, Fabricate) keep the line consistent, with Rise and Shine, Cyberdrive Awakener, and March of Progress as board-overrun backups.
