Deck overview

Prowler, Clawed Thief leads a Dimir Villain tribal deck that wins by going wide and tall. The primary plan uses Prowler's connive trigger on every other Villain entry to filter cards, stack +1/+1 counters, and enable draw-second-card payoffs while building a board of menace tokens via Crimson Cowl, Mysterio, and Ultron. Mass pump from Iron Monger and The Masters of Evil plus evasion from Cover of Darkness turns the board into lethal combat damage, supplemented by incremental drain from Crossbones, Undead Hand Ninja, and Doom Reigns Supreme. Baron Strucker and Tombstone act as hidden commanders, reducing costs and sustaining connive chains when Prowler is offline.
