Format: Commander

Commander: The Jolly Balloon Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Jolly Balloon Man is a Boros token-copy engine: it creates hasty flying 1/1 copies of the best creature on board, turning every ETB, death, and attack trigger into repeatable value. The deck's primary plan is to reach an untap loop-Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker plus Village Bell-Ringer produces infinite hasty attackers, and Restoration Angel/Zealous Conscripts offer equivalent lines. A second path multiplies tokens with Mondrak, Anointed Procession, and Caretaker's Talent, draining through pings and Arabella. Kiki-Jiki acts as the hidden commander and backup copy engine, so the deck remains functional if Jolly is removed.
