Deck overview

This Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix and Vial Smasher the Fierce deck turns extra cards into colorless mana and incidental damage. Its main engines are Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix, Windfall, The Locust God, Xyris, the Writhing Storm, and Hydroid Krasis. The strongest practical line is to establish Kydele, generate several cards in one turn, convert them into mana, and use The Locust God or another draw payoff to build a flying token board. Biomass Mutation can make that board lethal against one opponent. The deck is not a compact combo deck: it has no reliable tutor package, no supported two-card infinite combo, and no dependable way to finish all three opponents once the first attack is made. It has useful answers and some protection, but expensive setup, tapped lands, and symmetrical draw effects give opponents time to interact.
