Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sephiroth is a two-faced mono-black aristocrat commander. The front face turns tokens into cards and drains one life per death; after four death triggers it becomes a flying 5/5 and grants an emblem that doubles that drain. The deck's primary plan is to build a steady sacrifice engine with Jadar, Ophiomancer, and other token producers, then use Sephiroth to draw into Shredder, Shadow Master. Shredder's attack creates token copies against every other opponent, and the halving of life totals is the compact finish. There is no hidden commander; Shredder serves as the de facto kill card. Secondary lines use reanimation, Chainer, Bolas's Citadel, and board wipes to grind.
