Commander: Maular, the Next Evolution

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Maular, the Next Evolution is a five-color big-creature beatdown deck built around its Rulebreaker clause: the list is packed with mana value 7+ creatures of every color, plus green ramp and cheat effects to deploy them early. There is no hidden commander; Maular itself is the combat amplifier. Whenever a 7+ mana creature attacks, it doubles that creature's power and toughness, turning otherwise inefficient bodies into one-shot threats. Secondary paths include Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Gishath, and Etali emptying hands or libraries, and Klauth/Old Gnawbone converting attacks into huge mana. There is no infinite combo; the kill is overwhelming trample/double-strike damage spread across all opponents, usually in a two-wave combat after the board is established.
