This deck is a Grixis reanimator midrange list built around Sauron, Lord of the Rings. Its primary strategy focuses on establishing early mana development with artifacts while discarding or milling large creature threats such as The Balrog of Moria, Cavern-Hoard Dragon, and Inferno Titan. Upon hitting eight mana on Turn 6, the deck casts its commander to generate immediate board presence: a 9/9 trampling commander, an amassed 5/5 Orc Army token, and a reanimated beater directly from the graveyard.
