Tsushima

Format: Commander

Commander: Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Esper tempo deck is built around Jin Sakai's lone-attacker trigger, using unblockable or ninjutsu creatures to draw cards, steal spells, and drain opponents. Jin serves as both card advantage engine and voltron finisher: he draws on hit, and can be made unblockable or double-striking when attacking alone. Secondary paths include a Yuriko-style value package (Cephalid Facetaker + Fallen Shinobi) and a small equipment voltron plan with Sword of Feast and Famine and Oathkeeper. The deck is not a combo deck; it wins through repeated combat damage and incremental card advantage. Protection comes from cheap counterspells, Mother of Runes, and Reconnaissance.
