Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Volo, Guide to Monsters token-copy value deck built around the commander's signature ability: casting creatures with unique creature types to double them into tokens. The entire 99 is curated so that nearly every creature shares no type with its peers - Hornet Queen (Insect), Reef Worm (Worm), Spawning Kraken (Kraken), Octomancer (Frog), Duplicant (Shapeshifter) - so Volo copies almost everything. A dense token-doubling package (Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters, Parallel Evolution, Second Harvest) turns those copies into an overwhelming board. The deck wins through combat: End-Raze Forerunners, Pathbreaker Ibex, and Kalonian Hydra turn the token swarm lethal. It is a midrange value engine with no infinite combos, relying on incremental advantage and a critical-mass alpha strike.
