Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a +1/+1 counters and card-draw synergy build helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower, a group-hug commander that turns every spell you cast into a political advantage: an opponent draws a card, you put a +1/+1 counter on a creature and give it flying, and the second time each turn you draw two cards. The primary game plan is to deploy Bumbleflower early, then chain cheap spells to rapidly accumulate counters on creatures while drawing through the deck. Win conditions include Simic Ascendancy (twenty growth counters), Twenty-Toed Toad (twenty counters or twenty cards in hand), and overwhelming combat via Kalonian Hydra, Overwhelming Stampede, or Cathars' Crusade. Proliferate effects like Thrummingbird and Dreamtide Whale accelerate counter growth, while Kami of Whispered Hopes and Gyre Sage convert counters into mana. The deck plays a midrange value game, relying on incremental advantage rather than fast combos.
