Deck overview

This mono-blue combo deck harnesses Orvar, the All-Form to duplicate lands, utility creatures, and value permanents whenever they are targeted by cheap instants or sorceries. By pairing low-cost targeting cantrips with enter-the-battlefield triggers, the deck rapidly ramps mana and draws cards. It builds toward decisive infinite mana loops using Peregrine Drake paired with Deadeye Navigator or Ghostly Flicker and Archaeomancer. Once infinite mana and spell recursion are achieved, the deck immediately eliminates all opponents in the same turn by looping Reality Shift to exile every card in opposing libraries, or creating infinite token copies of Agent of Treachery to steal every permanent on the battlefield. Dense countermagic, spell redirection, and split second from Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun provide reliable shielding for its decisive turns.
