Liesa - life drain by zealous.titan

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov deck pressures the table with Liesa's tax effect, drains life from every spell, and converts that life gain into growing creatures and large finishers. The commander is a repeatable punishment engine that also acts as a lifelink attacker, enabling a midrange attrition plan. Secondary paths include flying beatdown with evasion, direct life loss from Blood Artist and Osseous Sticktwister, and a slow value grind from card draw and recursion. The deck is not a combo deck; it wins through sustained pressure and drain effects. The hidden commander is Doctor Strange, Surgeon, whose lifegain doubling and combat buff can accelerate the clock significantly.
