Nekusar, the Mindrazer by Jessestemple

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Grixis wheels-and-draw-punish deck helmed by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The plan is simple and brutal: force every opponent to draw extra cards, then convert each draw into damage through Nekusar and a dense suite of redundant punishers - Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Razorkin Needlehead, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, Spiteful Visions, Seizan, Perverter of Truth, Phyrexian Tyranny, and Krang, the All-Powerful. A full wheel package (Windfall, Dark Deal, Reforge the Soul, Magus of the Wheel, Wheel of Fate, Whispering Madness, Molten Psyche, Collective Defiance, Naktamun Lorespinner // Wheel of Fortune, Jace's Archivist) refills hands while triggering every punisher at once. Damage amplifiers - Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Mechanized Warfare, Tor Wauki the Younger, and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might - turn a single wheel into a table-wide nuke. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through cumulative, amplified damage accumulation.
