The Biggest Bear, Probably Ever. by GoodGuyGabeZ

Format: Commander

Commander: Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Flaming Fist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Voltron strategy featuring the "Bear-Arms" pairing of Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Flaming Fist. The game plan is to leverage Wilson s inherent keyword soup-specifically trample and ward {2}-as a resilient base for a massive stack of Auras. By utilizing Flaming Fist in the command zone, Wilson effectively doubles his damage output, turning him into a 2-turn clock with minimal investment. The deck functions as an "Enchantress" shell, using engines like Sythis, Harvest's Hand and Sram, Senior Edificer to maintain card velocity while suiting up the commander. Victory is achieved almost exclusively through commander damage, accelerated by power-multipliers like All That Glitters and Ancestral Mask. The deck prioritizes protection and unblockability to ensure Wilson s high-stature attacks connect, while using specialized board wipes like Winds of Rath to clear the path without losing its own momentum.
