New Untitled Deck by il_Dav

Format: Commander

Commander: Vren, the Relentless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vren, the Relentless is a disruptive value commander, but this deck actually wins through a Rat-token beatdown swarm rather than Vren's ability. Early plays focus on cheap Rat producers and interaction, then the deck snowballs tokens with Marrow-Gnawer, Pack Rat, and Chittering Witch. Karumonix makes every Rat a poison threat, while Piper of the Swarm and Lord Skitter supply steady bodies. Vren exiles opposing creatures and prints incidental Rats in real games, but the core plan works without him. There is no hidden combo; the finish is combat damage or poison from an overwhelming Rat horde.
