Commander: Y'shtola Rhul

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Y'shtola Rhul is a mono-blue blink-and-extra-turn deck. The primary plan is to resolve Y'shtola, then use her end-step blink plus the extra end step to multiply enter/leave triggers on value creatures such as Dour Port-Mage, Mulldrifter, and Agent of Treachery. The secondary path is a repeatable extra-turn loop built around Archaeomancer and Time Warp or Capture of Jingzhou, with Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet, or Y'shtola providing the blink. The deck also carries an artifact-tutor package-Planar Portal, Inventors' Fair, Kuldotha Forgemaster, and Urza's Saga-that finds the finisher or combo pieces. Astral Dragon and Myr Battlesphere provide the closes.
