This is a five-color Myr tribal/artifact combo deck helmed by Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch. The primary plan floods the battlefield with Myr tokens - via Urtet's cast trigger, Myr Turbine, Mirrodin Besieged, and Myr Battlesphere - then converts that mass into a win through the Myr Galvanizer + Palladium Myr infinite-mana loop into Staff of Domination, or through Urtet's five-color activated ability pumping every Myr into a lethal swarm.
