Wither hither by Guss0

Format: Commander

Commander: Witherbloom, the Balancer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Witherbloom, the Balancer leads a Golgari swarm and big-mana strategy that turns wide creature boards into massive mana discounts. The deck floods the battlefield with tokens using generators like Bitterblossom, Tendershoot Dryad, and Scute Swarm. Once Witherbloom enters, your instant and sorcery spells gain affinity for creatures, reducing high-cost board wipes, draw spells, and X-cost finishers down to their colored mana pips. You close out games by tutoring or casting Craterhoof Behemoth for an overwhelming combat alpha strike, resolving a lethal Torment of Hailfire or Exsanguinate, or setting life totals to creature counts with Biorhythm.
