Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green poison strategy led by Fynn, the Fangbearer. It leverages a dense suite of 1-drop and 2-drop deathtouch creatures to turn early combat damage into rapid poison counters. By dropping a deathtouch creature on Turn 1 and Fynn, the Fangbearer on Turn 2, the deck immediately begins accumulating poison. It accelerates this clock using trample enablers, unblockable lands like Rogue's Passage, and proliferate effects from cards such as Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage, and Planewide Celebration. While the deck threatens individual players extremely quickly, its linear combat focus leaves it vulnerable to creature sweepers and targeted removal. It compensates with high creature redundancy, backup toxic threats like Tyrranax Rex, and explosive finishers like Triumph of the Hordes and Predatory Focus.
