Deck overview

This is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3, whose trigger pings each opponent for 2 whenever you cast a noncreature spell. The deck layers redundant burn-on-cast effects - Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, and a swarm of Wizard tokens from Black Mage's Rod, Circle of Power, Cornered by Black Mages, and Kuja, Genome Sorcerer - so every instant and sorcery converts into table-wide damage. Acceleration comes from Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, and Talisman of Indulgence, while finishers include big X-spells (Exsanguinate, Drain Life, Soul Burn, Fireball) powered by Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and the Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel life-gain engine. Damage doublers (Dictate of the Twin Gods, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Hawkeye, Young Avenger) and Wound Reflection turn incremental pings into lethal swings. It is a midrange burn machine that wins through spell volume rather than a single combo.
