Dragons V3 by user6004166

Format: Commander

Commander: Rivaz of the Claw

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Rivaz of the Claw pilots a Rakdos dragon-reanimator that uses discard/entomb effects to put powerful Dragons in the graveyard, then cheats them onto the battlefield with auras/sorceries or via Rivaz's once-per-turn graveyard cast. The primary plan is a midrange beatdown built around Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest; a secondary channel assembles Worldgorger Dragon with Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead for infinite mana, letting Rivaz and hand-cast Dragons fire ETB damage at the whole table. The commander acts as reusable ramp and recursion, but the deck has enough reanimation to keep functioning if he is removed. There is no hidden commander; Scavenger Regent // Exude Toxin is flexible utility interaction.
