winota by zeboss

Format: Commander

Commander: Winota, Joiner of Forces

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Winota, Joiner of Forces leads a low-to-the-ground Boros aggro deck that turns non-Human attackers into battlefield tutors. The primary plan is to curve cheap artifact creatures, Goblins, and Thopter tokens into Winota, then attack so her trigger cheats Human finishers like Combat Celebrant, Angrath's Marauders, and Blade Historian into play tapped and attacking. Secondary paths are go-wide token beats with Goblin Rabblemaster and Song of Totentanz, plus a combo loop using Mirage Phalanx, Combat Celebrant, and Rionya, Fire Dancer. The commander is the engine; without her the deck falls back on stax and anthem pressure. Eomer and Rionya act as hidden-commander-style value pieces.
