Deck overview

The deck uses Lathliss, Dragon Queen to turn each nontoken Dragon into an additional 5/5 Dragon. Its main payoff package is Dragon Tempest, Warstorm Surge, Scourge of Valkas, and Utvara Hellkite, with haste and combat pressure from Anger, Terror of Mount Velus, and Scourge of the Throne. Sol Ring, mana rocks, Dragon cost reducers, and Orb of Dragonkind help reach the expensive curve. The deck can assemble a threatening Dragon board around turns 7–8, but its ordinary damage does not reliably eliminate three opponents from one onset. It lacks a compact infinite combo, broad tutoring, countermagic, and strong protection. Removal is useful against creatures and artifacts, but the deck has limited answers to enchantments and opposing combo engines. Its best games come from surviving long enough to make repeated Dragon entries while using sweepers and combat triggers to maintain pressure.
