Deck overview

This is a Golgari attrition-reanimator deck built around Meren of Clan Nel Toth. The primary game plan is to feed Meren experience counters through self-mill, cheap creatures, and sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer, Phyrexian Altar, and Ashnod's Altar, then turn that recursion online with Cauldron of Essence, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and Victimize. The deck wins through inevitability: Grave Pact plus endless sac fodder strips boards, Massacre Wurm punishes opposing creature bases, and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord converts oversized reanimation targets like Yargle and Multani, Impervious Greatwurm, and Worldspine Wurm into table-wide damage. There are no compact infinite combos in the list; instead, the deck grinds out card advantage and reanimates the same high-impact creatures over and over until opponents run out of answers.
