New Untitled Deck by user1177486

Format: Commander

Commander: Jenova, Ancient Calamity

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jenova, Ancient Calamity is the engine and combat threat of a Golgari +1/+1 counter/sacrifice deck. Each combat she dumps counters equal to her power on another Mutant, and that Mutant's death draws cards equal to its power. The deck accelerates into Jenova, then uses sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, and Ashnod's Altar to convert the buffed Mutant into draw. The primary win is the infinite Basking Broodscale + Sadistic Glee loop, finished with Altar of Dementia, Jarad, or Marionette Apprentice pain. Fair beats with Finale of Devastation and counter-buff equipment round out the plan. The single-faced commander has no hidden alternate face; the whole build supports her unique combat trigger.
