Deck overview

This deck uses The Mindskinner as an unblockable mill engine. Its damage is prevented, and each opponent mills that much instead, making a 10-power attack mill 10 cards from every opponent. Lightning Greaves is the cleanest enabler because it gives haste and costs nothing to equip. The deck supports this plan with mass-mill spells such as Fractured Sanity, Maddening Cacophony, and Traumatize, plus counterspells, creature removal, and attack taxation from Propaganda. Its mana is mostly fair, with Sol Ring, Sapphire Medallion, and The Water Crystal as notable acceleration. The normal engine becomes operational around turn 7, but the first attack is not lethal. Repeated attacks and later mill spells can threaten libraries, yet the deck lacks reliable access to a compact all-table finish. It is therefore a casual general-purpose mill-control deck rather than a competitive combo or lock deck.
