This deck is a Rakdos combo build that leverages an explosive fast mana suite and universal black tutors to execute an infinite copy loop. While Kefka, Dancing Mad resides in the command zone as a late-game value engine and source of chaotic attrition, the deck's primary objective is to assemble Dualcaster Mage and Electroduplicate.
