With Teeth and Claw by Nevian

Format: Commander

Commander: Sarulf, Realm Eater

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari deck uses Sarulf, Realm Eater as a versatile threat and modular board wipe while building an overwhelming combat force of Wolves, Bears, and counter-synergy beaters. The game plan focuses on controlling opposing development through spot removal and Sarulf upkeep triggers, then transitioning into massive board states using token producers and counter doublers. You win through traditional combat damage, using large trampling creatures enhanced by Overwhelming Stampede, Surrak and Goreclaw, or Defiler of Vigor to push through lethal damage across all opponents.
