Deck overview

This deck is an artifact-creature tribal strategy commanded by Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch. Its core objective is to rapidly establish a dense board of Myr mana dorks and utility creatures, leveraging Urtet's passive ability to untap them each combat step. This pseudo-vigilance generates immense mana velocity that fuels Urtet's powerful {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} activated ability, placing three +1/+1 counters on every Myr each turn to build an overwhelming combat swarm. High-end artifact payoffs like Forsaken Monument, Bronze Guardian, and Myr Battlesphere compound this board presence into lethal combat pressure. While the deck possesses explosive creature scaling and durable artifact recursion through Academy Ruins and Buried Ruin, it operates with minimal stack interaction and low card-draw density. It is vulnerable to sweepers that exile artifacts or creatures, requiring careful sequencing to protect key pieces with Darksteel Forge or Bronze Guardian while racing opponents to an overrun finish.
