Deck overview

This Naya deck is commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender, combining aggressive landfall value, artifact animation, and rule-of-law stax. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration through creatures like Delighted Halfling, Bloom Tender, and Lotus Cobra. On Turn 4, Toph enters the battlefield to turn nontoken artifacts into lands and earthbend them into resilient, hasty attackers. Stax pieces like Rule of Law and Deafening Silence restrict opponents' spell-based strategies while Toph advances board state through land drops and activated abilities. The deck closes games decisively on Turn 5 using Finale of Devastation for X >= 10, multiple combat steps with Moraug, Fury of Akoum, or big-mana loops with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Magus of the Candelabra. A dense suite of silence effects and free protection spells ensures that win attempts resolve cleanly.
