Birds by Rudolphosv

Format: Commander

Commander: Kastral, the Windcrested

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck executes an aggressive tribal tempo strategy centered on Kastral, the Windcrested. Early turns focus on deploying cheap flying Bird creatures to establish board presence. Casting Kastral enables powerful combat triggers whenever Birds connect with an opponent, letting you reanimate Birds, draw extra cards, or place +1/+1 counters across your entire team. The primary path to victory is wide aerial combat, steadily scaling your evasive threats with Kastral and anthem effects like Empyrean Eagle and Valley Questcaller to overwhelm life totals while bypassing ground blockers entirely.
