This deck leverages Atraxa, Praetors' Voice to command a potent blend of Fallout radiation mechanics, +1/+1 counters, and proliferate synergies. Supported by an optimized mana base featuring format-ceiling fast mana and ABUR dual lands, the deck accelerates into early value engines like The Wise Mothman, Rhystic Study, and Smothering Tithe. Once rad counters are distributed to opponents, Atraxa and proliferate amplifiers such as Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus compound them each turn cycle. Opponents suffer escalating life loss and mill during their precombat main phases, which simultaneously triggers Mothman to grow your evasive creatures to lethal proportions. The deck protects its board with elite free interaction including Fierce Guardianship and Flawless Maneuver, while asymmetric pieces like Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines and Grand Abolisher suppress opposing interaction.
