This Sultai self-mill graveyard deck is built around Teval, the Balanced Scale. Teval attacks to mill, returns a land from the graveyard, and turns any card leaving the graveyard into a 2/2 Zombie Druid token. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with lands and creatures, convert those exits into tokens and mana, then win with either Craterhoof Behemoth/Living Death or the Phyrexian Altar + Gravecrawler + Altar of Dementia loop. There is no double-faced commander; the closest hidden commanders are Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and Muldrotha, the Gravetide, which give the same strategy a powerful backup if Teval is answered.
