Deck overview

Kelsien, the Plague leads a Mardu control/voltron shell that uses deathtouch and untap effects to convert Kelsien's ping into experience counters, eventually finishing through Chandra's Ignition, Tainted Strike, or combat overruns from Minthara and Otharri. The list also contains a Godo-Helm of the Host infinite combat package and a deep equipment-tutoring suite. However, the deck is crippled by a mana base of only three lands, making the plan unrealistic. Kelsien is the primary removal engine and voltron carry, but the deck cannot reliably cast him or his support pieces.
