Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats deck built to turn creature death into cards and life loss. The front face, Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER, is the primary draw engine: it sacrifices other creatures on entry or attack to draw, and its four-deaths transform trigger flips to the One-Winged Angel, whose Super Nova emblem doubles death-drain. The deck sacrifices tokens and recursed fodder (Gravecrawler, Reassembling Skeleton) through Warren Soultrader or Ashnod's Altar, triggering Blood Artist and Bastion of Remembrance, and usually closes with an infinite death/mana loop into Exsanguinate. Hidden commanders in the 99 are Syr Konrad and Bolas's Citadel, both acting as powerful card-advantage and finisher overlaps.
