Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green big-mana strategy led by Omnath, Locus of Mana. It accelerates mana production through efficient early creatures and land searchers, then uses Omnath to store unspent green mana across turns. As mana accumulates, Omnath grows into a lethal commander damage threat. The deck supports this central Voltron axis with trample effects such as Rancor and evasion from Alpha Authority. In addition to commander damage, the deck can produce massive boards using Hydra Broodmaster, Avenger of Zendikar, or a 20/20 Marit Lage via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage. The deck features strong mana acceleration and resilient high-end backups, but it has limited instant-speed stack interaction and depends heavily on natural draws to find nonland payoffs.
