Commander: Captain Rex Nebula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros vehicle/artifact beatdown deck built around Captain Rex Nebula, who turns any nonland permanent into a Crew 2 Vehicle. The primary plan is to deploy efficient mana rocks and Smothering Tithe treasures, then drop high-impact Vehicles such as Skysovereign and Parhelion II, crew them with Pilot/Dwarf synergies, and use Alibou, Ancient Witness-effectively a hidden commander-to convert each artifact attack into burn and card selection. Secondary paths include a Fiery Emancipation + Legion Loyalty swarm turn and an Approach of the Second Sun win if combat stalls. The commander acts as a flexible animator that lets otherwise noncreature permanents join the attack.
