Deck overview

This deck is a Simic landfall and face-down creature engine commanded by Zimone, Mystery Unraveler. The primary strategy focuses on deploying ramp during the first three turns, casting Zimone, and utilizing fetchlands or multi-land spells to trigger landfall twice in a single turn. The first landfall trigger manifests dread, putting a card onto the battlefield face down. The second trigger immediately turns a permanent face up without paying its mana cost, cheating massive threats like Darksteel Colossus and Koma, World-Eater or flipping game-warping morph effects like Brine Elemental. Card advantage engines such as Secret Plans and Threats Around Every Corner sustain resource velocity, while Ixidron and morph interaction provide defensive disruption. The deck closes games through overwhelming combat damage, scaling large creature tokens and trampling through opposing boards with Overwhelming Stampede. It offers explosive board states and resilient recovery at high synergy.
