Dwarves! by user5862706

Format: Commander

Commander: Koll, the Forgemaster

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Koll, the Forgemaster heads a Boros Dwarf Equipment deck that wins by turning Dwarves into large, equipped attackers. You flood the board with Dwarves, attach Equipment at reduced or zero cost, and push damage with double strike and anthem effects. Koll provides value by returning equipped creatures that die to your hand and by giving equipped tokens +1/+1, which lets you grind through removal. Secondary plans go wide with tokens from An Unexpected Party, Reckless Crew, and Fili the Pathfinder, then pump the team with Anduril, Narsil Reforged or The Aetherspark. Bruenor Battlehammer and Forge Anew act as hidden commanders for explosive equip turns. The deck has no infinite combo and must win through two to three combat steps.
