Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck helmed by Bruvac the Grandiloquent, whose replacement effect doubles any mill an opponent would suffer. The deck's strategy is twofold: deploy Bruvac early, then resolve a single large mill spell - such as a kicked Maddening Cacophony or Traumatize - to instantly remove an opponent's entire library. The 99 is packed with redundant mill sources (over 20 cards that put cards into graveyards), plus a suite of tutors to find the key finishers.
