Sin, Spira's Punishment leads a Sultai lands-graveyard deck that turns self-mill and land recursion into board presence. You ramp, fill the graveyard with lands and permanents, then use Sin's enter and attack triggers to exile a random permanent and create a tapped token copy, chaining again if you hit a land. Landfall payoffs like Field of the Dead, Scute Swarm, and Mossborn Hydra convert each land drop into tokens or a huge threat, while Aesi and Icetill Explorer keep cards and lands flowing. Secondary closes include Torment of Hailfire for big mana and Portal to Phyrexia for reanimation control. Sin adds value but the lands engine wins without it.
