New Untitled Deck by Kiug

Format: Commander

Commander: Don Andres, the Renegade

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Don Andres is a Grixis theft deck. It wins by permanently stealing opponents' permanents, pumping them with Don Andres (+2/+2, menace, deathtouch), and using the treasures from casting noncreature spells you don't own to chain more theft. Secondary paths are exiling and casting opponents' cards (Ragavan, Gonti, Dauthi Voidwalker) and mass one-turn theft (Mob Rule, Reins of Power). There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Don Andres. The commander is a force multiplier rather than a mandatory engine: the theft package can still function without him, but the deck's pressure drops considerably if he stays offline.
