Little Red Riding Gruul by PGStewart316

Format: Commander

Commander: Ruby, Daring Tracker

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a straightforward Gruul Dragon tribal deck helmed by Ruby, Daring Tracker, who serves as a compact mana dork and haste enabler. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively, deploy a critical mass of high-power Dragons, and leverage damage-multiplier effects like Twinflame Tyrant and Thrakkus the Butcher to close out games through combat. The deck relies on a steady stream of Dragon threats rather than infinite combos, with secondary support from planeswalkers like Sarkhan the Masterless and Sarkhan, Dragonsoul for token generation and removal. Card advantage is thin, making the deck heavily dependent on topdecks and the few selection spells it runs.
