Nekusar by PhoenixPhill

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer leads a wheel-and-draw-punishment deck. The primary plan is to cast Nekusar early, stack multiple 'whenever an opponent draws' damage triggers, then resolve a mass-draw spell or wheel to burn all opponents simultaneously. A powerful secondary line uses Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind as a hidden commander: once paired with Curiosity, any draw trigger becomes an infinite damage loop. The deck also includes discard payoffs like Megrim and Raiders' Wake, a few counterspells/removal, and Krang to double draw triggers, giving it both a fast combo angle and a grindier group-hug burn path.
